Create your account
Sign up free at backupengine.com. Set up MFA and choose your data region.

Download and install
Download the agent for your platform. Run the installer — it takes less than a minute.

Log in to the agent
Enter your email, password, and MFA code. Set your encryption passphrase.

Select what to back up
Choose folders, drives, or entire systems. The agent auto-detects SQL Server, Hyper-V, and other workloads.

Start your first backup
Click 'Back Up Now' or set a schedule. Watch your data get encrypted and uploaded.
